Paul Tokunaga is the Founder/President of MELD, LLC (Multi-Ethnic Leadership Development). He is also a former Vice-President of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship where he served in a variety of leadership and management roles including National Asian American Ministry Coordinator. A third-generation Japanese American from San Jose, California, Paul is the co-author of two multi-ethnic leadership books including Invitation to Lead: Guidance for Emerging Asian American Leaders and is a sought after speaker.
